According to the media, legal disputes among Allgood Entertainment headquartered in New Jersey with Michael Jackson, performent agent AEG and Jackson's broker Frank Dileo have not end with Jackson's death. When Jackson alive, AllGood amuse company lodge a complaint to N.Y. federal court, claimed that the company has been contracted with Jackson's broker Frank Dileo. According to the deal, Jackson shouldn`t give anther concert before performance in the United States. But Jackson had signed agreement with AEG company and intends to host 50 concerts in London in July 2009. Some one of the company expressed that the play will be held in London offend the aggrement with broker Dileo and call for compensation 40 million dollars to Jackson, AEG and Dileo.

Now,Allgood has modified its petition and added John Branca and John MaClain who are managers of the deceased property. When asked why the amount would rise so greatly, they explained that it never occurred to them that Jackson would pass away, and the film based on rehearsal videos of his London concert could be released. It seems that they wanted to have a big share from Jackson and his deceased property.
